HOW TO ORDER:

CURRENCY:

In this area of the website, prices are in Canadian$ for Canadian customers.
PLEASE NOTE - if you are ordering from a U.S. or overseas address, you must go to our U.S. site here.

SHIPPING:

We offer two main shipping options within Canada:

  • Expedited Parcel: Shipping time 1-2 weeks* (not traceable).
  • Xpresspost: Shipping time 2-4 days* (traceable).

Because of limitations with PayPal's shipping options, the default shipping rates are for Expedited parcel post ONLY and are based on the total amount of your order ($5.00 for orders under $13.00, $11.00 for most other orders). For XPresspost shipping, you will need to add a separate surcharge to your shopping cart by clicking one of the buttons below:

  • XPressPost shipping to Ontario, add $2.00
  • XPressPost shipping to the rest of Canada, add $6.00
* Please note that these times are from when the order is shipped, not necessarily from when you place your order. If an item is out of stock or you are paying by cheque, your order will take longer. If you need your order by a specific date, mark this on your order form and we will try to ensure that it gets to you on time, but please note that we do NOT generally offer next-day or two-day shipping.

WHOLESALE ORDERS:

We offer standard wholesale discounts to retailers (40% for books and games, 50% for other products), plus friendly customer support. Minimum wholesale order is now $75.00 (after discount). Shipping & handling to the U.S., Canada & Overseas is 10% of the total (min. $20.00). U.S. orders are shipped by Xpresspost (discount for Parcel Post by request), Canadian orders by Can-Par, overseas orders by air mail. Wholesale orders must be pre-paid until credit is established.
