HOW TO ORDER
  • PayPal Shopping Cart - We are happy to offer secure ordering through PayPal. If you experience any problems, please email us.
  • - make a list, check it twice, and send all the pertinent information by email to
  • By Phone - call (905) 299-5551 during normal business hours (EST).
PLEASE NOTE - We can no longer accept payments over the phone. All credit card payments must be made through PayPal. Alternately, you may pay by cheque or money order once your total has been verified.

CURRENCY

Prices are in US$ for U.S. and Overseas orders.

PLEASE NOTE - if you are ordering from Canada, you must go to our Canadian currency site here.

SHIPPING

We offer two main shipping options:

  • Standard - Air Parcel: Shipping time 1-2 weeks* to the U.S., longer overseas (not traceable).
  • Xpresspost: Shipping time 4-6 business days* to the U.S. (traceable). Not available for overseas orders.

Because of limitations with PayPal's shipping options, the default shipping rates are for air parcel post to the U.S. ONLY and are based on the total amount of your order ($6.00 for orders under $13.00, $9.00 for most other orders). For other options and destinations, you will need to add a separate surcharge to your shopping cart by clicking one of the buttons below:

  • Overseas orders, add $5.00
  • XPressPost shipping to the U.S., add $25.00
* Please note that these times are from when the order is shipped, not necessarily from when you place your order. If an item is out of stock or you are paying by cheque, your order will take longer. If you need your order by a specific date, mark this on your order form and we will try to ensure that it gets to you on time, but please note that we do NOT generally offer next-day or two-day shipping.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

We offer standard wholesale discounts to retailers (40% for books and games, 50% for other products), plus friendly customer support. Minimum wholesale order is $75.00 (after discount).

Shipping & handling to the U.S., Canada & Overseas is 10% of the total (min. $20.00). Wholesale orders must be pre-paid until credit is established.
